point for Health Plans and
Physicians for all home care
services that include Home Health,
Infusion, Physician Replacement
Medications, Specialty Pharmacy and
Durable Medical Equipment by our
owned companies and an extensive
network of well-established
providers.
Through our proprietary software
system, Patient Manager all physician orders are
digitized into our system and bar
coded. The original order image can
be viewed at any time and on a real-time basis by Atenda, the
Health Plan and Physicians via the
internet.
We utilize our proprietary tracking
system for all Pharmacy, Home Health
and DME services to follow the order
from inception of receipt to
delivery to the patient.
We provide an automated confirmation
of order receipt once the order is
entered into our system.
We also provide real-time
utilization and care management
reports.
